Introduction
Whether the change in sandbanks will affect flooding, in 2009, due to the different hydrological patterns and the development of construction in the Beimen Sandbank, a third break was created. In 2012 when typhoon came, which led to flooding in the community. Therefore, the government implemented the sand-fixing method from the standpoint of protecting residential security and homeland protection. However, it caused at least two breaks in the lagoon before, now leaving only one break.
The problems caused are 1. Drainage in the lagoon is not easy, 2. Because of the remarkable achievements of the sand fixation project, the sand continues to accumulate at the northern end of the lagoon. No break can bring sand to the south, which causes the lagoon become shallower. The water become not only less, and is easier to be heated by temperature, and the breeding area reduced. As a result, residents are also aware that oysters can no longer be grown in the Beimen Lagoon.
However, for the pros and cons of the lagoon's flooding, some residents agreed with the sand-fixing method that led to less flooding.
Of course, there is another paryt thinks that the drainage is slow because of the sand fixation, which causes flooding every time when the tide and heavy rains come (such as flooding in the whole village of Beimen).
However, these problems may be both positive and negative, or there may be more complicated factors, such as the amount of drainage facilities, the area's impervious area is too high, the drainage of aquaculture water, the terrain is low, and the ground is subsiding.

Our Research
During the project, we noticed that all environmental problems happened as they seemed to be a single event. In fact, they are all related to the water circulation system or city planning. If one location is changed, it is easy to cause another problem. Therefore, in the process of carrying out drift drift simulation and hydrological simulation, this plan will also use the interviews and findings in this year as factors behind the analysis.
It is also expected that the team will add a hydraulic team as a co-host this year. In the future, it will be able to clarify the systematic structure as a suggestion for government and local engineering construction.
